Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources at Amaryllis Appliances, based in Delhi, India. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, formulating and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The Senior Executive will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, coordinating recruitment, and supporting employee engagement and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in HR Operations and handling Employee Relations
• Knowledge of developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR processes and ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in HR or labor law are an advantage
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
