Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

✅ Handle HR generalist activities including attendance, leave management, and employee records.

✅ Administer payroll processing, salary structure, and related compliance activities.

✅ Oversee employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.

✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

✅ Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and performance management.

✅ Maintain HR documentation and generate periodic HR reports.
