Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

Qualifications and Skills

• 3–6 years

  of experience in

  talent acquisition/recruitment

  , preferably from a

  consultancy or recruitment agency

  background.
• Strong expertise in sourcing for

  sales, marketing, operations, and corporate roles

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple open positions.
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) and HR databases.
• A positive, energetic professional eager to grow within a corporate HR setup.
