With the upcoming projects, VTOL is expanding its HR department to fulfill the HR requirements.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations with a strong emphasis on technical recruitment for our aerospace, UAV, avionics and defence-aligned engineering teams. This role ensures smooth HR functioning across hiring, onboarding, documentation, employee support, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary):

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles.

• Source and screen candidates for engineering, R&D, production, electronics, avionics & manufacturing roles.

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer roll-outs.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring MIS.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:

• Handle onboarding, induction, documentation & HRIS updates.

• Manage attendance, leave records, confirmation letters & probation tracking.

• Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance coordination.

• Assist with employee engagement activities, grievance support, and culture-building drives.

General HR Support:

• Maintain employee files and internal HR documentation.

• Assist the HR Manager with policy rollouts and audits.

• Support training coordination and performance-related documentation.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HRM.

• Strong experience in technical hiring (engineering/robotics/automotive/aerospace preferred).

• Excellent communication, coordination & multitasking skills.
