Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CTO to lead our technology division. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in the aerospace or drone manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all ongoing projects, including design, development, and manufacturing.
• Drive innovation in drone technology, ranging from fixed-wing VTOLs to multi-rotor systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in aerospace or drone technology.
• Proven track record in leading tech teams and executing complex projects.
