Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role based in New Delhi. The CTO will lead the technology strategy and vision for Codevern, working closely with leadership teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing software development, managing IT infrastructure, crafting IT strategies, and driving product development from conception to delivery. The CTO will also ensure the implementation of cutting-edge technologies to enhance business processes and scalability.

Qualifications

Expertise in Software Development and Product Development with the ability to innovate and lead technical architecture initiatives.
Strong skills in Project Management and IT Strategy, focusing on aligning technology goals with overall business objectives.
Proven experience in leading teams, setting a vision for IT Architecture, and defining scalable technology processes.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills essential for driving cross-departmental collaboration.
Experience in the implementation of AI-driven solutions and familiarity with sales automation systems is preferred.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with extensive experience in technology leadership roles.
