Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership in aligning technology initiatives with XXX
Corp's business objectives. Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that
fosters innovation and drives growth.
? Product and Application Development: Oversee the end-to-end development
lifecycle of products and applications. Drive the design, development, and
deployment of scalable and robust solutions that meet the evolving needs of our
clients and internal stakeholders.
? Infrastructure Management: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a
resilient and scalable IT infrastructure. Ensure the availability, performance, and
security of all systems and networks, while optimizing costs and resources.
? Enterprise Applications: Manage and enhance the suite of enterprise applications
used across XXX Corp. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify
opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains.
? Team Management: Build and nurture a high-performing team of technology
professionals. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development
opportunities to empower team members and drive continuous improvement.
? Vendor Management: Evaluate and engage with technology vendors and partners to
source innovative solutions and services. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor
relationships, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
? Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, business units,
and other stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and prioritize
technology initiatives. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and transparency
across the organization.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree
preferred.
? Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced
and dynamic environment.
? Strong expertise in product and application development methodologies, including
Agile and DevOps practices.
? In-depth knowledge of infrastructure management principles, cloud technologies, and

cybersecurity best practices.
? Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing enterprise applications such
as ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems.
? Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
influence and inspire teams across the organization.
