Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role located in Gurugram for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will lead the development and implementation of technological strategies, oversee software and product development processes, and ensure alignment with the company's objectives. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring technical teams, driving innovation, overseeing IT infrastructure and architecture, and ensuring the delivery of advanced drone solutions. Additionally, the CTO will research new technologies and opportunities to advance the company's technical capability in drone technology and AI-driven solutions. Qualifications Proven expertise in Software Development and Product Development, with a focus on innovative and scalable solutions. Strong experience in Project Management and IT Strategy to oversee technical projects and align them with business goals. Proficiency in Architecture and system design to develop advanced, integrated, and high-performance solutions. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on innovation and mentorship. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with knowledge of the UAV industry and related technologies considered an advantage. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
