Senior Executive / Assistant Team Lead – HR

Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across various departments – from sourcing and screening to offer rollout.
  • Utilize job portals, referrals, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Guide junior team members in sourcing and interview coordination.


2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Oversee smooth onboarding and joining formalities for new hires at the Gurgaon location.
  • Conduct engaging and informative induction sessions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of employee records.


3. Offboarding Process

  • Manage end-to-end exit formalities including documentation, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain separation data and reports.


4. HR Operations & Employee Engagement

  • Lead and support HR operations, including attendance management, database maintenance, and compliance documentation.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and HR events.
  • Partner with department heads to support performance management and employee communication.


5. Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Identify opportunities for streamlining HR processes and improving efficiency.
  • Generate regular HR reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    .
  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in HR Operations and Recruitment.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    and HR databases/tools.
  • Ability to lead small teams and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High sense of ownership, professionalism, and confidentiality.
