Payroll Management Review allthe new joining, increment, salary revision has been updated Review PF, ESI, PT deducted as perstatutory Norms Review PF, ESI, PT deducted as per statutory norms Submit bank statement to accountsteam Employee Engagement Plan and implementation of attrition control strategies Plan and implementation of fun at work concepts Initiate NEERU’s Prakruti, Sasthya, Shiksha Preparation of budget and propose to Head HR Plan andmaintain Rewards& Recognition HR Operations Manage gossips and de-root from office environment Performance Management - Drive the Performance Management process within assigned groups.
