Senior Executive – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Documentation

• Manage the complete

  employee life cycle

  — onboarding, induction, confirmation, appraisals, and exit/offboarding.
• Maintain employee data, records, and workflows on

  Keka HRMS

  .
• Prepare and release

  offer letters, appraisal/hike letters, warning notices, rewards & recognition certificates, and relieving letters

  .
• Track

  attendance, leaves, holidays, employee documents, and compliance files

  .
• Build a High Performance Culture at InstaService via initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Plan and run

  virtual employee engagement activities

  , festival celebrations, wellness initiatives, and fun events.
• Execute

  Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs

  — spot awards, quarterly awards, and milestone recognition.
• Conduct

  employee pulse surveys

  , publish reports, and recommend action plans to improve engagement and retention.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate data.
• Oversee a smooth onboarding process and ensure a strong

  Day-1 employee experience

  .

People Support & Policy

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance.
• Promote InstaService values in everyday interactions with fairness, empathy, and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of HR experience

  , ideally in tech / startup / high-growth businesses.
• Experience with

  Keka HRMS

  (preferred) or ability to learn rapidly.
• Strong understanding of

  HR operations, documentation, and performance cycles

  .
• Outstanding communication, people skills, confidentiality, and conflict-resolution ability.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a

  remote, fast-paced environment

  .
