Our goal is to deliver trusted home services within 30 minutes or at a scheduled time — with a focus on speed, transparency, and quality. We’re now expanding rapidly across all 50 U.S. states and actively adding new service categories, including electrical, HVAC, pest control, and more. As we scale, we’re looking for a marketing leader to drive national growth and build a powerful, trusted brand. About the Role We are hiring a Head of Marketing and Growth to lead our end-to-end marketing strategy, performance execution, and user experience optimization. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on fast-paced experimentation, data-driven growth, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be responsible for driving customer registrations, increasing service provider signups, optimizing UX for conversions, managing influencer partnerships, and building a full-funnel marketing engine that scales nationwide. Key Responsibilities Design and execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other key platforms. Lead growth hacking efforts by identifying and executing UX and onboarding improvements that drive customer signups and orders. Conduct competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities in messaging, pricing, and positioning. Own and evolve email marketing, drip sequences, and customer lifecycle strategies to improve retention and repeat bookings. Manage and grow influencer marketing programs to build trust, generate UGC, and increase brand visibility in key markets. Define and track growth KPIs across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to launch new service categories and test new growth loops. Build and scale a high-performing marketing team across performance, CRM, content, and creative. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on performance and growth roles at startups, marketplaces, or consumer platforms. Demonstrated success in scaling user acquisition through paid channels, influencer campaigns, and lifecycle marketing. Strong understanding of UX and conversion funnel optimization ; experience working closely with product/design teams. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mixpanel, HubSpot, GA4, and marketing automation platforms . Ability to derive actionable insights from data and drive continuous experimentation. Proven track record of owning end-to-end marketing strategies in high-growth environments.
