We’re now expanding rapidly across all 50 U.S. states and actively adding new service categories, including electrical, HVAC, pest control, and more. As we scale, we’re looking for a marketing leader to drive national growth and build a powerful, trusted brand. About the Role We are hiring a Head of Marketing and Growth to lead our end-to-end marketing strategy, performance execution, and user experience optimization. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on fast-paced experimentation, data-driven growth, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be responsible for driving customer registrations, increasing service provider signups, optimizing UX for conversions, managing influencer partnerships, and building a full-funnel marketing engine that scales nationwide. Key Responsibilities Design and execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other key platforms. Lead growth hacking efforts by identifying and executing UX and onboarding improvements that drive customer signups and orders. Conduct competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities in messaging, pricing, and positioning. Own and evolve email marketing, drip sequences, and customer lifecycle strategies to improve retention and repeat bookings. Manage and grow influencer marketing programs to build trust, generate UGC, and increase brand visibility in key markets. Define and track growth KPIs across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to launch new service categories and test new growth loops. Build and scale a high-performing marketing team across performance, CRM, content, and creative. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on performance and growth roles at startups, marketplaces, or consumer platforms. Demonstrated success in scaling user acquisition through paid channels, influencer campaigns, and lifecycle marketing. Strong understanding of UX and conversion funnel optimization ; experience working closely with product/design teams. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mixpanel, HubSpot, GA4, and marketing automation platforms . Ability to derive actionable insights from data and drive continuous experimentation. Proven track record of owning end-to-end marketing strategies in high-growth environments. Job Overview As a Senior Sales Specialist (Remote) at InstaService, you’ll drive sales through proactive cold calling while managing the operational flow of scheduled jobs. You’ll be responsible for engaging potential customers, scheduling service appointments, and filling any last-minute gaps in the schedule. This fully remote role is perfect for a candidate who excels at juggling multiple responsibilities, communicating effectively, and resolving issues on the fly in a fast-paced, startup environment. Fluency in Spanish is a plus , as you will occasionally need to communicate with Spanish-speaking service providers and clients on a need basis. Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead Generation Cold Calling & Prospecting : Conduct daily cold calls to prospective clients to introduce InstaService and generate new leads. Engage leads across multiple channels (phone, email, social media) to drive business growth. 2. Client Relationship Building Establish rapport quickly using confident, persuasive communication skills to convert leads into loyal customers. Sales Targets & Reporting Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives through consistent outreach and negotiation. Maintain thorough records of calls, interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. 4. Operations & Job Execution Scheduling & Coordination : Monitor and manage the daily schedule of service jobs—handyman, plumbing, cleaning, etc.—to ensure efficiency. Work closely with service providers to confirm availability and allocate resources effectively. 5. Gap-Filling & Issue Resolution Identify unfilled or at-risk bookings and take swift action to secure coverage. Address last-minute cancellations or changes, collaborating with relevant teams to maintain customer satisfaction. 6. Process Optimization Suggest and implement improvements for job assignment and scheduling processes. Evaluate customer feedback and operational metrics to optimize procedures and service delivery. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field—or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in cold calling or direct sales, ideally in a fast-moving environment. Previous operational/scheduling coordination experience is a plus, especially in a service-focused setting. Skills & Competencies Fluency in Spanish is optional but preferred. Outstanding verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone. Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to balance sales and operations tasks remotely. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling or dispatch systems is advantageous. Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily customer bookings to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
