As Chief of Staff – CEO’s Office , you will operate as an extension of the CEO , owning execution across fundraising support, investor outreach, CEO communications, LinkedIn presence, strategic research, and high-priority initiatives. Key Responsibilities1. CEO Priority & Execution Management Own and track CEO-level priorities across fundraising, partnerships, growth, and strategy Manage follow-ups, action items, and timelines on behalf of the CEO Prepare concise briefing notes, summaries, and talking points for: VC meetings Partner calls Internal leadership discussions Anticipate needs and proactively unblock execution 2. Fundraising & VC Outreach Support Research and build a targeted VC and Angel investor pipeline (Seed to Series A/B) Identify and qualify investors using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, PitchBook, and founder networks Draft personalized LinkedIn and email outreach messages on behalf of the CEO Track investor outreach, responses, follow-ups, and warm intros Support preparation of pitch decks, data rooms, and investor FAQs 3.
