Job Location - Chembur East, Mumbai


Role Overview:

Senior HR Executive


Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source and attract candidates through various platforms such as

    LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed

    , and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate the selection process with hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for internal hiring, ensuring timely closure of open positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.



2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Handle joining formalities including documentation, reference checks, and HR database entry.
  • Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to set up new employees for success.



3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Address everyday employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and coordination.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.
  • Support the HR Head in implementing company policies and maintaining a positive workplace culture.



4. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and HR best practices.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on HR experience with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience using job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
