Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for reporting on sales activities, trends, and results, as well as collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and present technical product information
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the appliances or home improvement industry is a plus
