Organization Chart : 3. Job Purpose (Summary / One – Line Description) Work with sales team to develop business in commercial concrete segment, customer service, achieve business targets 4. Key Performance Indicators : Achieve target sales volume Competitor analysis Market survey in new locations New generation customer Meeting collection targets 6. Qualifications: a. Essential Academic/Educational Qualifications : Graduate b. Additional (desired) Academic/Educational Qualifications : 2 years full Time MBA (Marketing) 7. Experience a. Minimum period of relevant experience required (in years) – 3-4 years b. b. Nature/ Type of Experience required : Experience in sales with dealer network and retail industry c. Industries where such experience can be acquired : Building Material 8. Tasks & Responsibilities: • To generate orders • Identify Customers in IHB Segment • Meet individual house owners , related contractors, architects, consultants connected to building segment • Knowhow benefits of RMC v/s site mix concrete • Prepare and provide quotation • Win orders for IHB, with advance payment terms (If applicable) • Achieve low credit period and timely collections • Collect advance payment • Oversee the customers sites during supply of concrete • Gather market information of other segments and pass on to sales head • Collect customer / competitor information • Prepare report in prescribed format • Provide technical information to customers
