Job Description: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Industrial Sales Company: Sushma Industries Pvt. Ltd. Location: Bengaluru, India Industry: Industrial Sales (Testing & Calibration Equipment, Machinery, Capital Equipment, Tools) Role Summary: Responsible for selling Testing & Calibration Equipment to Automotive, Electrical, Aerospace, EV Industries, and Government R&D sectors. Manages complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive direct B2B sales. Conduct technical discussions, product presentations, and demonstrations. ¢ Manage end-to-end sales cycle ensuring customer satisfaction. ¢ Update CRM, prepare reports, and handle proposals/RFPs. Qualifications & Skills: ¢ BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Electronics & Communication. ¢ 5+ years of experience in direct industrial sales (machinery, capital equipment, tools, etc.). ¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ¢ Self-motivated and target-driven, with CRM knowledge.
