Role Description:

detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive

Key Responsibility:

  • Recruitment Support:

    Assist in the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job posts, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing communication with candidates.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:

    Execute the seamless onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, background checks, and orientation. Manage exit formalities accurately.
  • HR Administration & Compliance:

    Maintain and update comprehensive employee records (physical and digital) and ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
  • Attendance & Leave Management:

    Oversee the daily attendance tracking system, manage employee leave requests, and generate related reports for payroll processing.
  • Payroll Input:

    Compile accurate monthly data (attendance, leaves, new hires, terminations, claims) and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and correct salary disbursement.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

    Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving administrative and policy-related concerns. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, surveys, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the administration of the performance appraisal cycle, including tracking deadlines, preparing necessary forms, and maintaining performance records.

  • Documentation:

    Prepare necessary HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, warnings) and other official correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of general HR practices, compliance, and labor law regulations in India.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially

    MS Excel

    , for data management, reporting, and payroll inputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and discreet approach to sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
