Job Description

Role Summary:

The Sr. Executive – HR will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee records, and basic compliance activities for both corporate and site employees. The role will work under the HR Manager and assist in routine HR functions to ensure smooth employee support and documentation management.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Joining Formalities

·

·       Assist in onboarding, induction & documentation.

·       Maintain candidate & recruitment records.

HR Operations & Documentation

·

·       Prepare offer letters, ID cards, HR forms & documentation.

·       Support daily employee queries and administrative HR tasks.

Payroll & Compliance Support

·

·       Ensure documentation from contractors/vendors is updated.

Employee Coordination & Engagement

·

·       Handle employee joining, transfers, resignations & exit formalities.


Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Postgraduate degree in any discipline. Specialisation in HR background is preferred

Experience:

·

Skills & Attributes:

·

·        Basic understanding of HR processes & labour-related documentation.

·        Proficient in MS Office & HR systems.

·        Quick learner, organised & detail-oriented.
