Senior Executive Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
• Ensure smooth onboarding & induction of new employees.

2. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and daily HR coordination.
• Manage exit formalities including clearance, exit interviews, and F&F coordination.

3. Payroll & Compliance

• Coordinate with payroll team for monthly salary processing.
• Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.).
• Maintain HR MIS, reports, trackers, and documentation.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.
• Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
• Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.

5. Performance Management

• Coordinate goal-setting and appraisal processes.
• Monitor employee performance and provide required support to managers.

6. Policy Implementation

• Ensure HR policies and SOPs are followed across the organization.
• Suggest improvements and support policy drafting whenever required.
