As a Senior Executive Human Resources at UNITREAD HYDRAULICS, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Your role will involve overseeing HR management tasks and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR management and operations, strong skills in employee relations and HR policies, and be knowledgeable in human resources practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, and experience in the manufacturing or hydraulics industry is advantageous. You will be expected to analyze data and drive informed decision-making to support strategic HR planning aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will oversee talent management, employee engagement, benefits and compensation design, compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, as well as negotiate with manpower vendors and ensure accountability.
