Production Manager CNC machine shop

As a Production Manager at UNITREAD HYDRAULICS, you will be responsible for owning the entire production process. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and conducting quality assessments to guarantee customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Planning and scheduling production to meet customer demands. - Ensuring quality standards are met through inspections and testing. - Managing resources, including CNC machines, manpower, and materials. - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes. - Leading and motivating production teams to achieve goals. Skills and Qualifications: - Experience in CNC machining in all machine tools cnc,vmc,sliding head, multi spindle etc. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions. - Knowledge of quality control principles and practices. - Familiarity with CNC machines and manufacturing software. - Strong understanding of tools and selection. - Sharp focus on cost per component wastage and rejections.
