Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Kataria Arcade Makarba Ahmedabad
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support various human resource functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate should be familiar with HR practices and labor laws, and capable of maintaining a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation of new hires
  • Maintain employee database and ensure record accuracy

2. Payroll & Attendance

  • Support in monthly payroll processing by collating attendance, leaves, and deductions
  • Coordinate with the finance/accounts department for disbursement of salaries

3. Statutory Compliance

  • Assist in maintaining statutory registers related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to labor law compliance and documentation requirements

4. Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing engagement activities, birthday celebrations, and HR events
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures

5. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records (physical and digital)
  • Draft HR letters like offer, confirmation, increment, warning, relieving, etc.

6. Performance & Training

  • Support in performance appraisal process coordination
  • Track training sessions and maintain training records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (Generalist or Compliance/Recruitment roles)
  • Good understanding of HR policies and Indian labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
