Job Title : HR Executive Experience : 1–2 Years Location : Kataria Arcade Makarba Ahmedabad Department : Human Resources Reporting To : HR Manager Job Summary : We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support various human resource functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate should be familiar with HR practices and labor laws, and capable of maintaining a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities : 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation of new hires Maintain employee database and ensure record accuracy 2. Payroll & Attendance Support in monthly payroll processing by collating attendance, leaves, and deductions Coordinate with the finance/accounts department for disbursement of salaries 3. Statutory Compliance Assist in maintaining statutory registers related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc. Ensure adherence to labor law compliance and documentation requirements 4. Employee Engagement Assist in organizing engagement activities, birthday celebrations, and HR events Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures 5. HR Operations & Documentation Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records (physical and digital) Draft HR letters like offer, confirmation, increment, warning, relieving, etc. 6. Job Title: Sr HR Executive Location: Makarba Ahmedabad Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive – HR Operations to oversee and manage various HR functions, including employee life cycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in HR operations and a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle Management: • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and exits. • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system. • Ensure accurate documentation and filing of HR-related paperwork. Payroll & Compensation Management: • Assist in payroll processing by collating attendance, leave, and salary data. • Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). • Handle employee reimbursements, salary revisions, and F&F settlements. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation: • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Manage statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other employee benefits. • Assist in audits and government inspections related to HR compliance. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling: • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve workplace culture. • Address employee grievances, ensuring a smooth resolution process. • Act as a bridge between management and employees for effective communication. Performance Management & Training: • Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees. • Assist in training and development initiatives as per organizational needs. • Monitor and track employee development plans and progress. HR Systems & Reporting: • Manage HRMS and generate reports on headcount, attrition, leave, and other key HR metrics. • Develop and maintain HR dashboards for management review. • Provide data-driven insights for decision-making. Requirements & Qualifications: • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, or a relevant degree. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations. • Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll management, and labor laws. • Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks. Preferred Skills: • Experience in HR automation and digital HR tools. • Exposure to corporate policies and employee engagement strategies. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
