Senior Executive Human Resources

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC Range: ₹5 – ₹10 LPA

Minimum Experience Required: 3 years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Human Resources to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing core HR operations, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and driving HR effectiveness across the organization. This is a hands-on role that requires daily employee interaction, operational accuracy, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all HR domains

Develop, review, and implement HR policies in line with industry best practices and legal compliance

Handle employee relations effectively—address grievances, resolve conflicts, and build employee engagement

Ensure full attendance tracking and payroll processing, including calculation of leave, overtime, and deductions

Oversee PF, PPF, and statutory compliance including accurate calculations and timely submissions

Generate and distribute monthly salary slips

Support and coordinate the appraisal and performance review processes

Act as a point of contact for employees on all HR-related queries

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation

Foster a positive and team-oriented workplace culture

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate or construction sector

Strong command of HR operations and management principles

Practical experience in HR policy development and implementation

Proficient in attendance tracking, payroll calculations, and statutory compliance

Strong knowledge of employee relations practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
