Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Support for Director (Mr. Pratik Kataria): The role involves directly assisting the director in delivering marketing programs that align with company and client goals.

Vendor & Agency Management: You'll be the main point of contact for all external partners like marketing, PR, and branding agencies.

Campaign Execution: You’ll be heavily involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.

Brand Development & Lead Generation: Working on initiatives that build the brand while also driving customer acquisition.

PR Management: Handling the company's public relations efforts, from media releases to speaker proposals and company announcements.

Performance Reporting: Analyzing campaign performance, drawing insights, and adjusting strategy accordingly.

Collaboration & Ideation: Working closely with internal teams and external clients to brainstorm and implement successful campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Two or more years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales, or advertising is required. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills will be crucial, especially given the PR and client-facing aspects of the role.

Campaign & Promotion Development: Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns is a must.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Higher Education: A Master's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, though not required.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with current market trends and having established contacts in media and marketing would be beneficial.
