Job Description

Job Profile: Marketing Executive Domestic (Pan India)

Company Name:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10 AM – 6 PM), Saturday (10 AM – 2 PM)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Execute
domestic marketing strategies
to support sales growth across Pan India.
Coordinate with
sales, distributors, and channel partners
for marketing activities.
Plan and implement
promotional campaigns
, schemes, and product launches.
Support
ATL / BTL marketing activities
, exhibitions, trade fairs, and doctor/customer engagement programs.
Coordinate with creative agencies for
marketing collaterals
(brochures, posters, banners, product literature).
Conduct
market research
, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection.
Track and analyze
campaign performance
and prepare regular MIS reports.
Assist in branding initiatives and ensure
brand consistency
across all platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams for
product positioning and communication
.
Support digital marketing initiatives where required (basic coordination).
Travel Pan India as per business requirements.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of
pharma / herbal / FMCG marketing
(preferred).
Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
Good presentation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel & Word)
.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Result-driven, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
