Senior Executive Human Resources

Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning. Drive initiatives around talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and culture building. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance appraisal processes. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations. Update and implement HR policies and procedures as per latest legal requirements. Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Liaise with payroll and finance teams to ensure timely salary processing and benefits administration. Assist in managing employee records, attendance, and leave management. Compliance & Local Body Coordination: Ensure full compliance with labor laws, local statutory regulations, and municipal/local body requirements. Liaise and coordinate with local government bodies, labor departments, and regulatory authorities for inspections, audits, and clearances. Manage documentation and timely submissions related to compliance, licenses, and labor welfare. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on compliance and local statutory coordination, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings. Strong understanding of labor laws, local body regulations, and statutory compliance requirements. Proven ability to think strategically and translate plans into actionable HR initiatives.
