Age : 26-32 Years Qualifications: B Pharma /D Pharma Knowledge on Oral solid working experience or R&D formulation 3-7 Years or fresher with good attitude Solid oral manufacturing & pharma background Job Descriptions 1- Pharmaceutical Ingredients & Process Understanding Must have sound knowledge of pharmaceutical excipients, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and the complete tablet manufacturing process. 2- Generic Product Manufacturing Insight Should be well-versed with the technical aspects of generic formulations and common challenges in tablet manufacturing. 3- Formulation Ingredient Interaction Knowledge Ability to assess and understand the impact of ingredient combinations on final tablet output and performance. 4- Independent Technical Support Capable of working independently with the design and technical teams to provide front-end technical support, troubleshoot issues, and offer practical solutions 5- Field Travel & Problem Solving Willingness to travel across India with the technical team to observe on-site formulation challenges and provide actionable insights. 6- Results-Driven Approach Self-motivated, go-getter attitude with a focus on results; actively participate in identifying and resolving tooling-related formulation challenges. 7- Tooling & Formulation Interface Provide observations and suggestions on how formulation challenges impact tooling performance and suggest improvements accordingly Show more Show less
