About the Role :

Join our growing Customer Experience (CX) team and be the friendly voice our customers trust. This role is primarily voice-based and chat/email support, where youll solve problems, guide users, and make every interaction a positive one.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and occasionally email.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, accurate solutions.

  • Update and maintain customer records in our database.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.

  • Keep conversations empathetic, clear, and professional.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2–5 years of experience in both voice and non-voice (chat/email) customer support processes.

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Prior experience in a blended process is preferred.
