Detailed Responsibilities: Hardware Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and servers. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues. Managing hardware asset inventory. Overseeing hardware upgrades and replacements. Software Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications and operating systems. Troubleshooting and resolving software issues. Managing software licenses and updates. Ensuring compliance with software policies and regulations. Technical Support: Providing technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Maintaining and updating technical documentation. Providing training to users on new hardware and software. Data Security and Backup: Implementing and enforcing data security policies and procedures. Managing data backups and disaster recovery. Monitoring and addressing security threats. Network Management: Troubleshooting network issues. Ensuring network security and performance. Participating in network planning and implementation.
