Job Description

A Customer Care Executive serves as the primary point of contact between a company and its customers. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
