Computer Hardware & Surveillance Engineer

You will play a crucial role as a Computer Hardware & Surveillance Engineer in our technical team. Your primary responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware components, CCTV surveillance systems, and other security infrastructure. In terms of computer hardware support, you will be expected to assemble, install, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware. Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve hardware issues such as motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, power supply, among others. Installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and essential software will also be part of your tasks. Regular system and hardware audits for performance and preventive maintenance will be necessary to ensure operational efficiency. With regards to surveillance systems, you will be involved in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras (IP and analog), DVRs, NVRs, and associated software. Monitoring the surveillance systems to guarantee continuous performance and security will be essential. Troubleshooting and repairs of surveillance equipment and cabling will also fall under your responsibilities. Moreover, your input will be valuable in designing and implementing surveillance layouts for office and premises. In the realm of networking & security, you will support LAN/WAN setup, Wi-Fi configuration, and troubleshooting activities. Ensuring adherence to IT and data security protocols across all systems will be a critical aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to provide both remote and on-site technical support as and when required. This is a full-time, permanent position with the benefit of cell phone reimbursement.
