BE – Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering/ Electronics and Communication15 to 20 years experiences in Project and Process Engineering Industry having CNC, VMC, grinding machines, and other precision equipment industryAge between 38 to 48 years would be advantages Job Description Lead process improvement initiatives across the shop floor to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.Analyses existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies for continuous improvement, often working with cross-functional teams and leveraging new technologies.Includes documenting processes, monitoring performance, and providing training to ensure compliance and best practices. Oversee installation and commissioning of new machinery and robotic automation systems. Ensure optimal utilization of CNC, VMC, grinding machines, and other precision equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and launch readiness from a process standpoint. Manage projects involving machine setup, layout planning, and utilities planning. Drive automation projects and integrate advanced manufacturing technologies. Develop and implement best practices for production and process control. Monitor process KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during installations and operations. Lead and mentor process engineers and technical teams to foster a high-performance culture.SkillsetProven experience in project execution, shop floor process design, and automation/robotics integration. • Strong technical knowledge of machining processes – CNC, VMC, Grinding, etc. • Hands-on experience in machine installation and commissioning. • Deep understanding of PLC/SCADA, control systems, and mechatronics-based solutions. • Experience in driving Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
