About the Role:

Senior Human Resources Executive


Key Responsibilities:


  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employees to address queries, grievances, and HR-related issues.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost workplace culture and morale.
  • Performance Management

  • Support managers in setting KRAs/KPIs and conduct performance review cycles.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for employee development and growth.
  • HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Draft HR policies and assist in updating existing ones as per best practices.
  • Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees.
  • Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.
  • Payroll & Benefits

  • Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Resolve payroll and benefits-related queries.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on HR experience (generalist profile preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
