Job Title: Human Resources Intern


Location: Hyderabad, India

Duration: 4 months

Type: Internship

Reporting To: Human Resources Manager


Role Overview:

This internship is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about HR, people operations, and startup culture. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our core team and support a broad range of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and HR administration.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Assist in drafting and publishing job ads across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Screen CVs and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
  • Support candidate communication and maintain applicant tracking systems.
  • Participate in employer branding and outreach initiatives.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Help coordinate onboarding processes (contracts, policies, documentation).
  • Prepare induction schedules and support new starter integration.
  • Assist with leaver checklists and offboarding documentation.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with GDPR and UK & Indian employment laws.
  • Support right-to-work checks and keep statutory documents organised.
  • Assist in policy development and ensure alignment with UK & Indian legal requirements.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Assist in organising team-building activities and virtual engagement initiatives.
  • Gather feedback through surveys and support the development of wellness initiatives.
  • Help promote a values-driven, inclusive workplace culture.

Learning & Development

  • Track internal training sessions and maintain learning logs.
  • Support creation of learning materials and feedback processes.

Performance & People Support

  • Assist with scheduling review meetings and gathering appraisal documents.
  • Provide administrative support for performance tracking and reporting.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Help generate HR reports such as headcount, diversity, turnover, and feedback trends.
  • Provide data insights for continuous improvement.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in UK & Indian employment law and startup people practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Office 365, Notion, or any ATS is a plus.
