Role Description

The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR tasks, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, and supporting employee benefit programs. Responsibilities include contributing to recruitment efforts, helping manage HR operations, and providing administrative support. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop key HR skills in a dynamic and mission-driven organization. This is a remote internship role.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and concepts
• Skills in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits management and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with a diverse team
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources
