About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Executive – HR for our manufacturing facility, responsible for driving HR operations, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, plant HR processes, and employee welfare

The role requires a strong understanding of labour laws, factory HR activities, payroll operations, and coordination with multiple stakeholders like production, safety, EHS, and administration teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

● Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant roles (operators, technicians, supervisors, engineers).

● Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, document verification, and background checks.

● Issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters.

● Complete onboarding, induction, and personnel file management

2. Attendance & Payroll Management

● Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and shift rosters using biometric/HRMS systems.

● Manage leave records, attendance corrections, and monthly payroll inputs.

● Process monthly payroll in coordination with the corporate HR team.

● Address and resolve employee payroll queries.

● Ensure timely statutory remittances & filings:

PF, ESI, PT

3. Statutory Compliance & Licensing

● Maintain compliance under labour legislations:

○ Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act

○ Minimum Wages Act

○ Bonus Act

○ Gratuity Act

○ Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act

● Prepare and submit annual labour & factory returns.

● Manage renewal of Labour License, Factory License & Trade License.

● Support external and internal audits, inspections (Labour Department, ESI, Factory Inspector).

4. Employee Benefits Administration

● Facilitate PF & ESI registration, claims, withdrawals, and grievance handling.

● Maintain & renew Group Mediclaim and GPA insurance.

● Manage EL Provision, EL Encashment, Bonus working statements, and Gratuity records.

5. HR Systems, Documentation & Registers

● Maintain HRMS / ERP data accuracy and updates.

● Manage all employee lifecycle documentation and statutory registers.

● Ensure compliance with HR workflows and approval processes.

6. Safety, EHS & Compliance Coordination

● Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and documentation.

● Track PPE issuance, consumption, and compliance.

● Coordinate with EHS team for safety audits, drills, and committee meetings.

● Support safety training, awareness programs, and monthly reports.

7. Employee Welfare & Engagement

● Organize welfare programs, medical check-ups, health & hygiene drives.

● Monitor plant facilities — canteen, drinking water, housekeeping, first aid.

● Support festival events, celebrations, engagement activities, and feedback programs.

8. HR Reporting & Analytics

Prepare and share monthly HR MIS including:

● Manpower, new hires, and resignations

● Attrition & retention data

● Absenteeism & overtime analysis

● Safety KPIs and compliance dashboards

● Workforce productivity insights

Skills & Competencies

● Strong experience in plant HR / manufacturing HR operations

● Good knowledge of statutory compliance & labour laws

● Hands-on experience in payroll inputs and attendance management

● Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems

● Excellent communication, coordination & employee-handling skills

● Strong MS Excel & MIS reporting capabilities

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Education & Experience

● MBA / MHRM / PGDHRM (HR specialization preferred)

● 5-6 yrs experience in the manufacturing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
