Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Senior Executive - HR to be a key contributor to our Human Resources team. This role is crucial for executing core HR functions, with a primary focus on full-cycle recruitment and managing key employee lifecycle programs, including Performance Management and Training. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Execute the complete recruitment lifecycle across all levels, from entry-level to senior positions of FuelBuddy. Most hirings in the Business Development team.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure a smooth, timely hiring process.
  • Manage the offer negotiation and pre-joining formalities.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Manage ATS

2. Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Support the implementation and smooth execution of the annual and quarterly Performance Management Cycle.
  • Coordinate goal setting, quarterly reviews, and final appraisals.
  • Maintain accurate records and track the progress of the PMS across the organization on KEKA HRIS and master files.

3. Employee Training & Development

  • Identify training needs through PMS feedback and department consultations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of employee training.
  • Impart soft-skills training

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the employee experience and workplace culture.

5. Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare accurate and timely Monthly Information System (MIS) reports on key HR metrics (e.g., recruitment status, attrition, training completion).
  • Create PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for management review, training sessions, and internal communication.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation with high attention to detail.

6. General HR Support

  • Assist in various day-to-day HR administrative and operational HR tasks.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3 - 5 years of proven experience in a similar HR generalist role, with substantial focus on Business Development recruitment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (for MIS reporting) and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, high level of integrity and confidentiality, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude and detailed oriented.

Pay: ₹575,000.00 - ₹870,000.00 per year
