Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required. Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments. Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person interviews with shortlisted candidates. Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the companys strategic planning. Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants. Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field. Prepare and issue appointment letter as per normsCo-relate with pre-employment medical checkups for new comers and annual health check upOrganise & conduct the induction training programme for the new comers. Identifying training needs, conduct customized training programs based on training need analysis to enhance manpower skills and efficiencies as per NABH standardsManaging HR operational issues with the line management as appropriateManpower planning, staffing, reduction of manpower and orientation of new recruitsWork closely with management as well as staff to build up positive morale and loyalty among staff and traineesPreparation of MIS Report and submitting to Hospital ManagementMonitoring of access control system and employees time attendanceConduct exit Interview of each employee to find out their views, ideas and opinions for betterment of the OrganizationEnsure that their relieving Order is issued only after complying with the rules about notice period unless decided otherwise by managementPreparing payroll statement and coordinates with finance department for disbursing salary for the employees on monthly basisWill be responsible for all statutory related works like PF, ESIC, Bonus and Labour Department works. To interact with statutory concern for smoothly function.
