Governance and adherence of Statutory Compliances related to HR
Contact Labour Management and manpower availability
Employee Welfare Management and administration of facilities
Grievance Management- Handling and closure of grievances
MIS and reporting
Hands on experience in SAP

Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory for the role.
