The position is also responsible for developing standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data reporting and data analytics.Responsible for analyzing metrics and evaluating program performance to support data-driven decision-making and assess outcome-based delivery for our Product Management and Portfolio Management teams. This role requires a keen analytical mind, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to evaluate program performance and metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant analyses.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve program outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation.
- Handle stretch assignments designed to increase business acumen.
- Support administration of tooling leveraged to track the portfolio. (Portfolio Management Software and Smartsheet).
Education
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
- 2-3 years proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
