Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst at our company in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, enhance product improvements, and support strategic planning. With a minimum of 5 years of experience and a BE/B.Tech/MCA qualification along with a recognized certification in data analysis, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present complex data insights in an easy-to-understand format for senior management and stakeholders. - Conduct advanced data analysis on large, complex datasets using various analytical tools and techniques. - Translate data into actionable insights that can impact business decisions, optimize processes, and uncover new opportunities. - Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik to provide stakeholders with real-time access to insights and data trends. - Develop automated reporting solutions to streamline the reporting process, reduce manual work, and enhance reporting accuracy. - Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to ensure that complex analytical results are easily understandable and impactful for decision-makers. - Perform preliminary analysis to identify trends or issues and leverage SQL, Excel, or BI tools like Tableau and Power BI to generate insights and reports. - Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring quality issues, ensuring the implementation and monitoring of corrective actions. - Provide regular reports and quality dashboards to senior management, offering clear insights into the health of quality initiatives and product quality.
