Senior Data Analyst

The Data Analytics Consultant I is responsible for leveraging data and analytics to answer moderately complex questions. The position is also responsible for developing standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data reporting and data analytics.

Responsible for analyzing metrics and evaluating program performance to support data-driven decision-making and assess outcome-based delivery for our Product Management and Portfolio Management teams. This role requires a keen analytical mind, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to evaluate program performance and metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant analyses.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve program outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation.
• Handle stretch assignments designed to increase business acumen.
• Support administration of tooling leveraged to track the portfolio. (Portfolio Management Software and Smartsheet).

Education 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 2-3 years proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

• This job does not have supervisory responsibilities
