About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business insights. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling large datasets, creating dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple data sources.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, queries, and automated reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Finance, Operations).
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to solve business problems and present findings to management.
• Ensure data accuracy, validate datasets, and maintain data integrity.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc analytical reports.
• Work with SQL databases to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Provide recommendations to improve business processes based on data insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Data Visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred).
• Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear, concise manner.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in A/B testing and business experimentation.
• Understanding of business KPIs and metrics.
