About The Role

We are looking for a results-oriented

Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

to transform complex data into compelling insights that fuel growth and efficiency across our retail and FMCG operations. This is a critical role at the intersection of data, business strategy, and execution — ideal for an individual who thrives on turning numbers into narratives that drive impact.You will work across sales, marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to influence decisions around pricing, assortment, customer engagement, and inventory optimization.

What You’ll Do

Data-Driven Decision Support

Analyze large datasets spanning

sales, pricing, inventory, and customer behavior

to uncover patterns, risks, and opportunities.Enable data-backed strategic planning across

e-commerce, retail operations, and product teams

.Provide actionable insights that directly influence

pricing, promotions, and stock strategy

Marketing & Campaign Analytics

Conduct deep-dive analyses of CRM and marketing campaigns (Post-Campaign Analysis, uplift, ROI, channel effectiveness).Design, execute, and interpret

A/B tests and holdout experiments

to evaluate strategies and optimize customer touchpoints.Drive

audience segmentation, targeting

, and personalization by analyzing customer lifecycle and engagement data.🧩

Root Cause Analysis & Operational Insights

Investigate anomalies, underperformance, or channel drop-offs using RCA frameworks.Deliver insights that improve supply chain accuracy, reduce inventory waste, and improve conversion at the store or SKU level.📊

Reporting, Dashboards & Visualization

Build intuitive dashboards and ad-hoc reports in

Power BI

and

Excel

to support leadership decision-making.Own the design and delivery of self-serve reporting tools to improve data accessibility across departments.🤝

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with

marketing, product, CRM, supply chain, and leadership teams

to align KPIs and data needs.Present complex findings in simplified narratives that influence decisions at the executive level.

What You Bring

Core Competencies

4–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics in a

retail, FMCG, or D2C

business.Strong proficiency in

SQL

,

Excel

, and

Power BI

— with the ability to query, model, and visualize large data sets.Expertise in

campaign measurement

,

CRM data analysis

, and

customer segmentation

.Knowledge of

A/B testing methodologies

, attribution models, and post-campaign performance evaluation.Analytical rigor combined with the ability to distill complexity into clear, compelling recommendations.🧠

Nice-to-Haves

Exposure to e-commerce platforms, marketing automation tools, or customer data platforms (CDPs).Experience with retention metrics, loyalty programs, or CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value) analysis.Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python/R) for advanced modeling or automation.
