Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Global Sales Head will lead and execute Aeren LPO’s global sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and client acquisition across international markets. This role will be critical in building and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.



Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a global sales strategy

    to achieve Aeren LPO’s growth targets across various geographies and sectors.
  • Lead the

    sales team

    , providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure individual and team goals are met.
  • Identify and prioritize

    key verticals and geographies

    to expand business and market presence (e.g., legal firms, financial institutions, healthcare, technology).
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt and refine the sales strategy.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain

    long-term relationships

    with key decision-makers within large corporations, law firms, in-house legal teams, and other relevant sectors.
  • Drive new business development

    , including identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and expanding services across existing client portfolios.
  • Lead high-level negotiations, presentations, and proposals for large-scale deals or strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee the development of tailored

    client solutions

    and pricing strategies to win large-scale outsourcing contracts.

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Build and manage a

    high-performance global sales team

    , setting clear sales goals, KPIs, and objectives.
  • Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to continuously improve their performance and achieve set targets.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, legal operations, finance, etc.) to meet client needs.

Revenue Growth & Financial Management:

  • Develop annual and quarterly sales forecasts, revenue targets, and track performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure that sales goals are aligned with delivery capabilities and resource planning.
  • Ensure proper

    pricing strategies

    , cost structures, and profitability margins for the services offered.

Marketing & Brand Advocacy:

  • Work closely with the

    marketing department

    to design and execute demand-generation campaigns, content strategies, and thought leadership activities.
  • Represent Aeren LPO at

    industry conferences, trade shows

    , and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Develop case studies, white papers, and other marketing collateral that showcase Aeren LPO’s expertise and success stories.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Continuously analyze

    market conditions, customer needs, and competitive landscape

    to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
  • Report regularly to the

    executive team

    on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales cycle lengths, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.



Key Requirements:

Experience:

  • 10+ years of sales experience

    , with a proven track record of success in selling outsourced services, preferably in legal process outsourcing (LPO), IT services, or business process outsourcing (BPO).
  • Extensive experience in

    managing global sales teams

    and building successful sales strategies across different regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
  • A strong network of

    contacts in legal, financial, or other relevant industries

    , with an ability to establish high-level relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Experience in managing

    complex sales cycles

    and large enterprise contracts, including RFP processes, pricing, and negotiations.

Skills:

  • Strong

    leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Expertise in using

    CRM systems

    (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing tactical day-to-day operations.
  • A strong understanding of the

    legal services industry

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business, Marketing, Law

    , or a related field (an MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus).
