Terramind EdTech Pvt. Ltd. is building AI, Robotics, Machine Learning, and 3D Printing Labs for schools across India. Our mission is to transform school education by equipping students (Grades 6–10) with future-ready skills through hands-on, high-end technology learning environments. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who can lead institutional partnerships with schools. The candidate will be responsible for pitching our AI Lab solutions, closing long-term school contracts, and building strategic relationships with school management, principals, and education decision-makers. Pitch AI, Robotics & ML lab solutions to schools across Chandigarh Tricity ✅ Handle institutional sales cycle from lead to closure ✅ Develop relationships with school principals, management & education boards ✅ Drive partnerships, MoUs and long-term engagement with schools ✅ Plan and execute expansion strategy for North India region ✅ Work closely with internal operations and implementation teams ✅ Manage pipeline, forecasts & monthly targets ✅ Conduct product demos and presentations to school leadership Minimum 2-3 years of experience in selling to schools or educational institutions ✔ Background in EdTech / Institutional Sales / School Solutions / Education Infrastructure preferred ✔ Strong network in school ecosystem in Chandigarh / Punjab / Haryana / NCR is a big plus ✔ Comfortable travelling extensively across North India ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills ✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused Leadership role in a high-growth AI EdTech company Attractive fixed + incentive structure Opportunity to build North India market from scratch Work with advanced AI, robotics & innovation ecosystem Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹64,962.95 per month Work Location: In person
