Job Summary


Senior Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own end-to-end

    product sales lifecycle

    from lead generation to deal closure
  • Achieve and exceed

    monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Business Development

    • Identify new business opportunities across

      SMEs, enterprises, and startups

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with

      CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders

    • Explore new markets, verticals, and channels for product expansion


    Product & Market Strategy

    • Understand Cloudnausor’s product offerings and communicate value propositions effectively
    • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support

      product enhancement and roadmap planning

    • Analyze competitor products, pricing, and positioning


    Account & Relationship Management

    • Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction and renewals
    • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers
    • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and support teams


    Leadership & Reporting

    • Mentor junior sales and business development executives
    • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards
    • Report regularly to senior management on sales progress and challenges


    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Mandatory Skills

    • Proven experience in

      product-based selling

      (SaaS / Cloud / IT products preferred)
    • Strong expertise in

      B2B sales, enterprise sales, and solution selling

    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
    • Experience in handling

      high-value deals and long sales cycles


    Technical & Business Skills

    • Good understanding of

      cloud technologies, software products, or IT solutions

    • Experience using

      CRM tools

      (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
    • Ability to interpret business requirements and align them with product capabilities
