Job Title: Laravel Developer (with Filament & Tailwind CSS)

Location: Puducherry

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Work from Office (5 days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Implement and customise administrative interfaces and dashboards using Laravel Filament.
• Develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces with Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional code.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Manage databases and perform data migrations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Extensive experience with Laravel Filament for building administrative panels and forms.
• Expertise in Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development and styling.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in database management, particularly MySQL.
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and MVC architecture.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API development.
• Understanding of web security best practices.

Desirable Skills (Plus Points):

• Experience with other front-end frameworks like Alpine.js or Livewire (TALL stack).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit).
• Experience with package development within the Laravel ecosystem.
