About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Analyst and Enablement lead to join our Automation & AI Centre of Excellence. This client-facing role will be crucial in managing client expectations and ensuring excellent customer Experience with successful delivery throughout the lifecycle of AI projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving AI adoption across the organization.In this role the candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and drive the design and implementation of automation and AI solutions that generate tangible business value. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in business analysis, demonstrate proficiency in Agile practices, and bring a working knowledge of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI and machine learning. The Candidate will partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical leads to ensure that solutions are adopted at scale, align with business objectives, are user-friendly, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Engagement And Relationship Building
- Actively engage with customers throughout the AI product delivery process, ensuring clear communication, understanding, and alignment with their needs and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, positioning our team as a reliable partner in their AI journey.
Delivering Exceptional Experience
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience at every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial contact through to post-implementation support.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively address any concerns or challenges, demonstrating a commitment to their success and satisfaction.
Trust and Advocacy
- Cultivate trust and confidence in our AI solutions and team capabilities, encouraging customers to advocate for our services and seek further collaboration.Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Strategic Planning And Coordination
- Maintain a tracker for new opportunities and plan/prioritize projects for delivery on a monthly basis.
Client Engagement And Onboarding
- Act as a Key person within the business and technology teams by identifying opportunities to automate processes and integrate AI-driven solutions that drive efficiency and value.
- Manage onboarding of new AI & Automation customers globally, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project objectives.
AI & Automation Solutions Adoption Post Delivery
- Continuously assess and support the state of Adoption of the delivered AI products by continuously engaging with customers, hosting awareness sessions, tracking KPIs & user feedback to optimise solution.
- Analyze the effectiveness of AI solutions and identify areas for enhancement.
Quantification of Benefits KPIs & Analysis | Business Documentation
- Create Business case & Business Architecture; process models, data flow diagrams, and value stream maps to support solution design and improvement efforts.
- Articulate and Quantify the Benefits of AI, Automation and Track KPIs and benefits metrics across all deliveries to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Project Management And Support
- Develop costing/charge backs, timelines, and project solution proposals for sign-off.
- Provide post go-live support to customers, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for Automation and AI initiatives including requirement gathering, process assessment, solution scoping, and validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology capabilities.
- Work with leadership & customer to define KPIs value realization frameworks for AI and automation programs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
- Drive change management activities such as training plans, user onboarding, and communication for automation rollouts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering preferably in AI & Automation projects.
- Experience in process modeling, user story writing, backlog management, and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira,)
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools such as Generative AI (OpenAI/ChatGPT), NLP, computer vision, data labeling, model training, and LLMs.
- Strong grounding in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban) with the ability to operate within cross-functional squads.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner) preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
